Katori Shintō Ryū Belgium – Classical Martial Arts Demonstration
Tenshinshō-den Katori Shintō-ryū (天真正伝香取神道流) is Japan’s oldest historically documented martial art, founded in 1447 near the Katori Shrine, a sacred site dedicated to the war god Futsunushi no Mikoto. Renowned for its deep tradition and authenticity, this school preserves the cultural and spiritual essence of Japanese martial arts.
The Belgian dojo is proud to present a demonstration of this centuries-old discipline.
