Yasushi Sasaki

Born in 1972 in Nara Prefecture, Yasushi Sasaki is a patissier and chocolatier, known for his work as a “chocolate artist.” In 2007, he opened his own shop, Patisserie Chocolaterie Yasushi Sasaki, in Brussels, becoming the only Japanese owner-patissier among over 500 chocolate shops in Belgium. He is renowned for combining Japanese craftsmanship with Belgian techniques, earning him the nickname “The Magician of Aromas.” Sasaki continues to compete in international contests annually.
